Desde hace más de tres años la comunidad boliviana de Alicante se reúne en la cancha de fútbol del Castillo Santa Bárbara, pero desde hace muy poco han entrado pisando fuerte en las diferentes actividades organizadas a lo largo y ancho de la ciudad, como las Hogueras de San Juan o el III Encuentro Intercultural.

“La Fraternidad Cultural Bolivia Corazón de América nació oficialmente este año y tiene como objetivo dar a conocer la riqueza cultural, las costumbres y las tradiciones propias del pueblo boliviano. La junta directiva está conformada por ocho personas y un coordinador. Se nombró como presidente a Óscar Patzi, y como vicepresidente a Celso Torrico”, afirma Mariano Verdugo, coordinador de la asociación.

La Asociacion Cultural "Bolivia Corazon de America", es la primera agrupacion de reisidentes Bolivianos en la ciudad de Alicante-España, fundada el 26 de mayo del 2007.
Aqui comparten hombres y mujeres llegados de diferentes ciudades y pueblos de Bolivia sus inquietudes en la Música, el Deporte y sobre todo las Danzas Folkloricas.
 
Nuestro Objetivo, Coordinar y ejecutar actividades culturales con los diversos colectivos que tengan los mismos interes nuestros, y de esta manera promover la divulgacion y afirmacion de nuestra cultura, costumbres, gastronomía, música y tradiciones populares. 
 
Ayudar a la integración social y colectiva de los compatriotas, así como defender sus derechos
